We took over Coasters Bistro & Bar four years ago with a simple goal: to create a welcoming place where people could enjoy good food, good company, and the very best local produce. With more than 25 years of experience in hospitality, we understand what makes a great dining experience.

Being based on the waterfront has its advantages, especially when it comes to seafood. We’re fortunate enough to see the fishing boats arriving in the harbour, bringing in fresh catches daily. In many cases, that seafood makes its way straight from the boats to our kitchen, allowing us to serve some of the freshest seafood you’ll find anywhere in Oban.
